To help slow the clearcutting that has been rampant in and around Volcano, we updated our brochure "Building in the Forest: a guide to building a home in Volcano Hawaii."

We also created another useful brochure:  "Resources for Building in the Forest" (see "Greener Building" link on left) listing businesses and others who can help new and existing residents build in better harmony with the native forest around us.  Both are updated regularly with new information.
